Covenants and Bylaws

The Lake Pointe Homeowners Association is a registered not-for-profit corporation.  Each Lake Pointe homeowner should have a copy of the Lake Pointe Subdivision Restrictive Covenants and Bylaws.  This document provides rules and regulations to ensure proper maintenance of the Association.
