Architectural Committee

The Lake Pointe Homeowners Association's Architectural Control Committee is responsible for helping residents and developers ensure that all projects and improvements comply with the Lake Pointe Subdivision Restrictive Covenants and Bylaws, guaranteeing our community remains safe and welcoming to all.

Prior to any improvement being constructed, the owner shall submit plans and specifications to the Committee for approval.  This includes but is not limited to fences, decks, sheds, additions, and swimming pools.

Please submit your plans to the email address below for approval prior to obtaining a building permit or beginning work on the project.
