  • BE KIND TO OUR WALKERS! Lake Pointe has many residents who enjoy walking throughout our beautiful neighborhood; please be cognizant of that fact and keep trees and plants trimmed back from sidewalk areas, and make sure there are no obstacles on the walkways such as cars, recycling bins, or garbage cans.

  • Remember that the Covenants and Bylaws require garbage cans to be stored out of sight apart from collection nights.  Please keep garbage cans in the garage or out of sight up on your property the rest of the week.

  • Reminder that any riprap abutting the pond behind a property is the responsibility of the homeowner; please keep it free of weeds and debris to reduce algae growth and keep the pond looking beautiful.

  • Please keep in mind that the Covenants and Bylaws require all home exteriors to be free of mold and mildew.  Kindly keep your siding clean to prevent spreading and to ensure our neighborhood remains looking good!
